FAQ
Q: Do you ship original paintings internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the painting.
Q: How do you ensure the painting doesn't get damaged?
A: We use professional-grade packing materials. For oils and acrylics, we use non-stick glassine paper, followed by multiple layers of bubble wrap and reinforced corners, placed inside a double-walled corrugated box.
Q: Can I pick up my painting in person?
A: Absolutely. If you are in the Saint John, New Brunswick area, select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout to skip shipping fees and coordinate a pickup time at our studio.
Q: Is a tracking number provided?
A: Yes. As soon as your artwork is with the carrier (Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx), we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
Q: What happens if the painting arrives damaged?
A: While this is rare, all our shipments are insured. Please take photos of the damaged packaging and the artwork immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
