Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a notification once your painting has been dispatched. For custom portrait orders, processing times may vary based on the complexity of the piece; we will communicate this timeline directly with you.

Shipping within Canada

• Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $400 CAD within Canada.
• Standard Shipping: For orders under $400, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the dimensions and weight of the artwork.

International Shipping

We are proud to ship our artwork globally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their destination country.

Local Pickup & Delivery (Saint John, NB)

For our local art lovers in Saint John, we offer:

• Free Local Pickup: Available at our studio. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we will contact you to schedule a time.
• Local Delivery: We offer doorstep delivery within the Saint John area for a small flat fee.

Packaging & Insurance

Every painting is professionally wrapped in acid-free paper, buffered with bubble wrap, and secured in heavy-duty cardboard boxes or crates to prevent damage. All shipments are fully insured and include a tracking number.
