I am Evelyn Mishra, a passionate and God-gifted visual artist with over 20 years of experience in fine art. My journey as an artist is one of deep love for nature, for life, and for the stories that only a brush can tell.
My work spans multiple mediums oil, acrylic, watercolor, charcoal, and pencil shading each allowing me to explore a unique dimension of creativity. I love to experiment with textures and styles, blending traditional subjects with a modern, imaginative approach. No two paintings I create are ever the same, and that is by design.
My Inspiration
My art is deeply rooted in the natural world — inspired by wildlife, endangered species, and the raw beauty of human emotions. Through every brushstroke, I aim to carry a message of love, peace, and environmental awareness. I believe strongly in protecting and respecting the gifts bestowed upon us by nature and by God, and I hope my art moves others to feel the same.
My earliest and most personal inspiration comes from my elder brother, Sanjeev Kumar, a gifted fine artist whose work ignited the flame of creativity within me. Alongside my formal education in Fine Arts, I have continued to grow through years of self-practice, exploration, and an unwavering commitment to my craft.
My Journey
As a commercial artist and fine art painter, I have created numerous original works and have held multiple solo exhibitions. My very first solo exhibition held in my hometown was inaugurated by the local Member of Parliament and Development Minister, a proud and unforgettable milestone in my artistic journey.
In 2015, I traveled to the United Kingdom with my family, spending three transformative years immersing myself in the art and culture of Europe. I had the privilege of visiting France and Italy, admiring the masterpieces of great European artists, and experiencing the cultural grandeur of Buckingham Palace in London experiences that deepened my artistic vision enormously.
After returning to India in 2018 and settling in Delhi, I continued pursuing my passion alongside my career as a Teacher because for me, art has never been just a profession. Art is a calling. And I will never stop answering it.

Today, I am proud to be creating from my studio in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada, bringing original wildlife paintings, portrait commissions, and custom artwork to collectors and art lovers around the world 🌍.
